2. Maintenance and carving machine spindle

1The medium -frequency power supply rated voltage is connected to the main shaft, and the frequency must be consistent with the electrical main axis parameter. The speed of the electric shaft can adjust the frequency to modify, and at the same time, the voltage is also proportional to the change.

2) During use, an accidental collision between the axis of the electrical main shaft and the workpiece should be avoided.

3) The use of the main shafts of the electricity is not used for the time being. The compressed air blows the water water pipe coolant to avoid rust, block the small holes, and apply a protective device to the drying oil on the outside and store it in a dry place.

4)Try to reduce air operation as much as possible, and it should be checked that it is common to check in and out of cooling water before booting.

5)If the main shaft needs to be replaced by the bearing, it must be replaced by professional tools.
